Overview

This guide explains the network whitelisting requirements for hosted servers operating in a restricted network environment.


Prerequisites

Before configuring network whitelisting, ensure the following:

  • Access to the network firewall or security configuration is available.

  • Hosted server details are available.


Steps

Step 1: Whitelist Required Ports

  1. Whitelist Port 443.

  1. Whitelist Port 80.

Step 2: Whitelist Server Details

  1. Whitelist the public IP address of the server.

  1. Whitelist the domain name.

Step 3: Whitelist Required Connectivity Ports

  1. Whitelist the Virtual USB port.

  1. Whitelist the TG Connect port.


Outcome

After completing these steps:

  • Required server communication ports will be accessible.

  • Hosted server communication will function correctly in the restricted network environment.

  • TG Connect and Virtual USB connectivity requirements will be enabled.
