Overview
This guide explains the network whitelisting requirements for hosted servers operating in a restricted network environment.
Prerequisites
Before configuring network whitelisting, ensure the following:
Access to the network firewall or security configuration is available.
Hosted server details are available.
Steps
Step 1: Whitelist Required Ports
Whitelist Port 443.
Whitelist Port 80.
Step 2: Whitelist Server Details
Whitelist the public IP address of the server.
Whitelist the domain name.
Step 3: Whitelist Required Connectivity Ports
Whitelist the Virtual USB port.
Whitelist the TG Connect port.
Outcome
After completing these steps:
Required server communication ports will be accessible.
Hosted server communication will function correctly in the restricted network environment.
TG Connect and Virtual USB connectivity requirements will be enabled.
